I have had training through various online courses as well as in person workshops, I have also completed and passed the safety training through APNPI.
What are the safety practices you have in place in your studio specifically geared towards the newborn client?
A clean environment, washing linens in a baby sensitive detergent, frequent hand washing, use of a spotter, weighted props, rescheduling upon signs of illness.
Will my newborn be supported by human hands in all upright positions as well as any poses requiring suspension?
Yes! I only do these poses with a parent assistant and babies are always properly supported.
